What’s Included

About Us

UMDIS has conducted dozens of courses on growing and collecting mushrooms for commercial mushroom farms. We have been working since 2012 and during this time our students have been mushroom farms from all continents.

Who should attend?

Growers

Our experts will explain and demonstrate modern cultivation techniques used by commercial farms to achieve high yields of quality mushrooms. We will answer your questions about growing technology and offer solutions that match your farm’s needs. You will also have the chance to learn from the experiences of other growers.

Farm Owners

Discover how improvements in the growing process can boost your company’s profitability. You will meet fellow farm owners, compare your current results with those from leading farms, and explore what changes could help you achieve even better outcomes. You will also find out which equipment is best for your farm.

Farm managers

We will show you what your growing team should do to achieve consistent and reliable results. Learn how to manage your team in a way that increases yields, improves quality, reduces costs, and raises overall productivity, based on practices proven to work on successful commercial farms.

Note: This course does not cover compost or mycelium production, and is not intended for hobbyists or small-scale home growers.

Wojtek Konieczny

About the trainer

Over the years, he has visited farms in Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Malta, Lebanon, Jordan, and Hong Kong—testing growing methods, solving practical problems, and refining techniques.
