❗ 6. REFUND POLICY
Offline Courses
For offline courses, participants may cancel their registration before the course start date.
In such cases:
- 50% of the prepaid amount may be refunded
- The remaining 50% is retained to cover administrative, организационные and reservation-related costs
If a participant fails to attend the course without prior notice (no-show):
- No refund will be provided
For certain courses, special refund conditions may apply.
If special conditions apply, they will be clearly stated in the specific course description and will override this general policy.
🔴 Online Courses
- All purchases are final and non-refundable
- No compensation or refunds are provided
👉 Exception:
- If access to the course was not provided at all, we may review the case
📦 Physical Products
- 14-day return policy applies
- Items must be unused and in original condition
⚠️ 7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from us, you agree:
- Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks
- To contact us first to resolve any issue
👉 In case of a chargeback:
We reserve the right to:
- suspend access to all services
- deny future purchases
- provide evidence to payment processors
- pursue legal recovery of funds and associated costs

- Website platforms
Important:
- Access details are sent after payment
- Access duration is defined per course
- Access may be revoked in case of violation

You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing access with others
- Recording or redistributing materials
- Uploading content to third-party platforms
👉 Violation may result in:
- immediate termination of access

- behave inappropriately
