The course is specifically curated for harvest supervisors, team leads, harvest managers, technologists, and farm owners who want to transition from firefighting to streamlined, predictable daily operations. It is not designed to train entry-level pickers from scratch.
The course will be held in English, Polish, and Ukrainian. Learning booklets, templates, and whiteboard materials are carefully provided in multiple languages to suit all participants.
Accommodation is not included in the course registration fee. However, we recommend staying at our partner Zajazd Chodowiak in Siedlce, where special rates have been pre-arranged for UMDIS attendees.
