  • 9:00 – Meeting, opening, introduction, program
  • 10:15 – (Classroom) Filling the room. Presentation. Compost characteristics. Casing structure. Proper casing application. Actions after filling.
  • 13:00 – Lunch
  • 14:00 – (Classroom) Watering. Case Run. Climate parameters during watering. How to prepare your casing and compost to good yields. Stop phase, mycelium recovery.
