UMDIS consultant Iurie Boiciuc has 20+ years of experience, helping farms improve quality, yield, and operational efficiency. With over 50 white and brown button mushroom farms advised worldwide, his expertise includes adjusting filling machines, managing casing and watering, optimizing production processes, and climate control (cooldown, pinheading, and recovery schedules).
A production facility equipped with modern technologies, prioritizing hygiene and product quality. The farm operates 18 growing rooms with a 250 m² production area each.
Comfortable stay for course participants. Accommodation is not included in the course fee.
Only button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus). No other mushroom varieties will be discussed.
The course starts from the point where ready-made compost is loaded into the growing rooms. Mycelium and compost production are not part of this program.
