Had 25+ years of experience in mushrooms and managed large composting facilities for 9 years. Worked at Walsh Mushrooms, Ireland, in 2024-2025. Roman passed away from cancer in August 2025, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the composting industry.

The course focuses on the compost production technology used by large commercial compost producers in Europe. We also provide a brief overview of alternative and simpler methods, but these are not covered in detail.
The course focuses on mainstream, commercial-scale composting technology widely used by large producers. Alternative methods are briefly reviewed for reference but not explored in depth.
The course includes 11 pre-recorded video lessons. We used to have weekly Q&A sessions, but after Roman Stolper passed away in August 2025, we stopped them. Announcements regarding future Q&A sessions will be made later, and all participants will have the ability to join.
The course is conducted entirely in English.
The course is hosted on Telegram, where participants receive materials and access video seminars.
