Whether you are starting from scratch or optimizing an existing farm.
You run or plan a compost yard — from a few tonnes a week to a commercial operation supplying several farms.
You want compost that behaves the same batch after batch, instead of yields that swing from cycle to cycle.
You pay for compost and need to judge what arrives at the gate — and to say precisely what is wrong when it is wrong.
You make the daily calls on moisture, ammonia, turning and filling, and you want the reasoning behind them, not just the numbers.
You are planning a new yard and need to understand systems, costs and capacity before the money is spent.
Meet Your Instructor
Compost consultant with more than 25 years in the mushroom industry across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has built, commissioned and corrected compost yards of very different sizes and systems, and works with farms on compost quality as the foundation of stable, high yields.
