From February 7 to 9, MUSHROOM BUSINESS, the sole mushroom company from Ukraine, showcased its exquisite king oyster (eryngii) mushrooms at Fruit Logistica 2024 in Berlin, Europe’s premier fruit and vegetable exhibition.

On 22-26th of January UMDIS Mushroom Agency provided course for mushroom production beginners. The course was online for 5 days of live meetings.

After that you have 3 farms that prepare between 50 and 80 tonnes of Phase 2 compost weekly and those farms are the ones that are making the investments.

At the first stage will produce up to 540 tons of mushrooms per year
