The three main rules of mushroom harvesting are like this

The first rule of picking – always keep Leader for next day. Rule №2 – give space for Leader to grow (even if you need to take 1-3 mushrooms from clump). The third picking-success rule and all others – you have opportunity to listen with the second group which starts 18-20 on Sopinscy farm in Poland.The first group is studding now 11-13 of September on Wierzbno farm with the TOP-Trainer in mushroom Harvesting from Canada. The organizer of Mushroom Harvesting Course is UMDIS Mushroom Information Agency. “It is amazing, I will now also send a person who deals with harvesting on my farm. Do you have free places in the second group to also join the course?” – tells George Kyriakedes, owner of Kyriakedes Mushrooms on Cyprus. In this group take part 22 people from Poland, Lithuania, Cyprus, Ukraine, United Kingdom. We go from the rooms whre we have practical part – to the hall where listen lecures about harvest departmet organisation, methodes of sucessful motivation, harvest techniques… The trainer Lina Turovska advises and talkes to everyone about their farm what to implemnt there – as for every farm something different is needed. “I came with people who deal with picking on our farm”, – tells Paulius Pilipavicius, farm manager on Baltic Champ. – “We are confident this course helps us to receive PLUS number of kilograms on our farm”. This course is a unique opportunity to gather knowledge from the Trainer who now organises picking on 9 mushroom farms in Canada – Lina Turovska. As she is fully-employed there we are not going to repeat the course soon. In the next group you will meet participants from Netherlands, Ireland, Israel, India, Denmark, United Kingdom, Malaisia. See you next week 18-20 of September on Sopinscy, the largest mushroom farm in Europe (108 rooms).
