1 September 2025 — CNC Grondstoffen, the European leader in mushroom substrate production, has acquired Kompostpal Sp. z o.o.
Effective 1 September 2025, the plant operates under the new name CNC Substrat Polska.
The company says it will soon also integrate Holpol Compost Sp. z o.o., forming a single Polish entity with two production sites in Tarnów and Spytkówki.

According to the official announcement, the acquisition and rebranding are part of CNC’s broader vision to build one united CNC family across Europe. UMDIS will follow the integration and share further operational details as they are released.
