Last week UMDIS Mushroom Information Agency organised our 4th Picking School in Poland. We teach how to pick 1,2,3rd flush mushrooms, how to make separation right, what is quality and how to make it the best. Also show step by step what to implement on your farm in picking to receive more kg per m2. The motivation system and organization skills as well.

This time the group was from 3 countries: Poland, Bulgaria and Morocco.

The trainers of the course are Tomasz and Aniela Stanislawski, Aniela mushroom farm.
