Carpet construction:

The upper layer is a durable PVC mesh that ensures even wetting of the sole with a disinfectant solution and resistance to abrasion.
The middle layer is an absorbent mat that holds and evenly distributes up to 2 liters of disinfectant solution.
The bottom layer is a waterproof, wear-resistant PVC base that protects the floor from leaks.

Application in mushroom growing:

The carpet is placed in front of the entrance to the mushroom chambers or production facilities to prevent the introduction of infections from the outside. The disinfectant solution is poured into the middle of the carpet and spread evenly over the entire area. The absorbent layer holds the liquid, reducing evaporation and maintaining a stable concentration of the product.

Care and recommendations:

The carpet is reusable, easy to clean and dries quickly.
It is recommended to use one type of disinfectant without mixing different products.
The working solution must be periodically topped up as it is consumed.
