Dimilin is an insecticide with a regulatory mechanism of action that blocks the synthesis of chitin in insects and disrupts the normal development of larvae and egg-laying stages. The product effectively stops the pest development cycle, preventing the larvae from developing into adults.

Mechanism of action:

The active ingredient diflubenzuron disrupts the synthesis of chitin in pests, blocking the formation of the external skeleton. This leads to the impossibility of normal molting, and the larvae die during the transition to the next stage of development. The drug also penetrates the egg shell and inhibits embryo development.

Consumption rate in mushroom growing:

– for champignons: 4 g/l of water, consumption – 1 liter of solution per 1 m² of cover soil
– for oyster mushrooms: 8-10 g/l of water, application – 0.25-0.30 l of solution per 100 kg of substrate

Features of use:

The working solution is prepared immediately before use by dissolving the drug in water with thorough mixing.
Apply evenly over the cover soil or substrate, depending on the crop.

The effect of the pest population development becomes noticeable after 7-14 days, complete stabilization of the population is achieved gradually due to the disruption of the life cycle.
