Description of the drug
Armex is a stabilized chlorine dioxide concentrate used to prepare an active disinfectant solution (ClO₂). After activation, a powerful oxidant is formed that effectively destroys the cell membranes of bacteria, fungi and viruses.
The product does not contain free chlorine, so it does not form harmful organochlorine compounds and is considered a modern solution in the field of “green chemistry”. Chlorine dioxide acts by oxidizing the cellular structures of pathogens, which leads to their rapid death.
In mushroom growing, Armex is used to sanitize the covering soil, disinfect irrigation water, surfaces, equipment and production facilities, ensuring stable sanitary control in the mushroom growing cycle. It inhibits the development of diseases:
- spider (dactylum) and green (trichoderma) molds;
- bacterial;
- suppression of superficial fungal infections;
- local treatment of infected areas;
- preventing the development of diseases in the cover soil.
Instructions for use:
Preparation of the active solution (≈2000 ppm)
– 1 liter of Armex + 1 liter of activator (Mexacid)
– add 23 liters of water
– mix thoroughly
– stand for 12-24 hours to activate ClO₂
– the resulting volume: 25 liters of active solution

Features of use:
Before use, the surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of organic contaminants. This significantly increases the effectiveness of disinfection.
The working solutions are prepared immediately before use or used within the recommended shelf life (up to 2 weeks in a sealed container). The treatment is carried out by spraying, fogging or wiping.
