The prices are stable. From 13 till 27th they have not changed
Supermarkets want the shoppers to try other more expensive varieties – so they make discounts for example making brown mushrooms be cheaper than white for a while.
The quality of mushrooms can be better.
The normal price for brown mushrooms is 9% more expensive than for white.
The price for bio brown mushrooms is 44% more expensive than for usual brown.
