Maksym founded UMDIS in 2012 after several years of working as the commercial director of a mushroom distribution company. From 2014 to 2016, he managed Veres, the largest mushroom enterprise in Ukraine. In 2017, he successfully launched a compost production facility. From 2018 to 2023, he worked at Amycel, a leading mushroom spawn supplier. Since 2024, he has been fully concentrated on his work at UMDIS.
