Makis Baxevanis has more than 44 years of experience in the mushroom industry, specializing in composting and mushroom cultivation. He began his career in Greece in 1982, working at Mushrooms of Greece, a farm with 16 growing rooms and four pasteurization tunnels, where he received training from leading specialists. Thanks to his extensive international experience, Makis can adapt technologies to different climates, raw materials, and production scales.
