Christiaens is the leader of mushroom market in terms of equipment supply and building turnkey. They made projects in more than 100 countries and are Number 1.

That is why some mushroom farms in the world are wondering – if Christiaens will have time to deal with their specific request and change the design of their proven machines for them. “Are they being not too busy for that?” – ask growers.

Recently Christiaens delivered some machines to Middle East – where the temperature is extremely high. The company together with the investor customised number of machines.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿

The client had a specific request to make this emptying conveyor as mobile as possible. So, Christiaens modified their usual conveyor – and this one can be lowered for easy handling through doors and gates. The built-in innovations made it truly special.

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲

The belts for usual Christiaens machines are green – as it is company colour. But for this particular machine Christiaens made them white, and of a different type – to withstand the sun and high temperatures in the Middle East. That will make machine be in a good condition for long years.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻

Сompost wagon for delivering the compost to the head filling machine is equipped with a roof. It was not a standard option for Christiaens. However, in the company they know – their client is situated in Middle East where it is very hot. So Christiaen` engineers developed such a customised solution which protects the compost from the high temperatures. Also, the axles are with specific profiles. Raw material supply is limited in the country, which means working with short-textured compost. To ensure the quality of the end product, it is important to adapt the axles accordingly.
