Coordinator

Plans and organizes harvest department operations, coordinates orders, collaboration with Distribution Team, work close with grower, Packing team and Sales Team, achieve goal by establishing priorities, responsible for scheduling harvest supervisors, harvesters, runners.

Senior harvest Supervisor

Manages the general conduct of all harvesting staff, Sing in and Sing off rooms, oversee the overall rooms, quality productions.

Harvest Supervisor

Organizes process in harvest room, management harvesters, control that harvesters follow rules Technique picking, control quality productions, motivation harvesters.

Quality control, admin office

Maintain quality control, and production records, management that harvesters have enough stickers . Refresh training harvesters when receive reject or quality complain.

Scanner            

In time transfer production from hallway to cooler, scanning production, control that all product boxes have harvest stickers, quality control, oversee that  product quality standard meets the requirements customers.

Harvesters      

Perfectly mastered the Harvest Technique , harvest mushrooms with quality and harvest speed that company requested, be friendly and positive .

Runners            

In time transfer full production boxes from harvesters and provide new boxes, keep room clean, set up correctly boxes to pallets, control quality product, check weight products.
