Why Hajduk compost plant and mushroom farm in Poland are so unique

Hajduk company is one of the most prominent mushroom compost producers in Poland. And one of very few, that produces Phase 4 compost.

Company History starts more than 30 years ago. In 1989 company was established and started to produce compost for mushrooms Phase I. In the nineties was the start of production of Phase II – pasteurized compost. Then followed Phase III – compost overgrown by mushroom spawn.

After the year 2000 company build a new mushroom farm in Kotla and started to produce Phase IV compost with mushroom primordia.

Then followed establishment of HAJDUK Mushroom Producers Group and the construction of a distribution center which is in charge of mushrooms distribution.
