The Pieczarkalia mushroom conference is starting in Poland this week.

The Pieczarkalia conference, organized in Poland by Wokas, opens this week. The previous “Gold Edition” Pieczarkalia in 2022 was a great success, and this year’s event is expected to be equally impressive.

This conference celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Polish Mushroom Growers Association.

It begins with a focus on the state of the cultivated mushroom industry. Dr. Krystian Szudyga, President of the Cultivated Mushroom Industry Association, will deliver the opening presentation on the association’s activities in Poland.

Dr. Krystian Szudyga’s presentation will be followed by an exploration of the European cultivated mushroom business, led by Mr. Paul Wilson, President of GEPC.

The program also includes presentations by Zlatko Vidmar from Sylvan Inc., Dr. Helen Grogan, the Christiaens Group, KOPPERT, and Wokas. And, of course, there will be a ceremonial banquet.
