The course is like a breath of fresh air, – EVGENIA FEDORUSOVA

This week, March 6-8, the second group of UMDIS studied at the UMDIS Polish Mushroom Picking School. We learned out how to pick 1, 2, 3 flashes, how to make separation, how to work correctly with in between flush mushrooms. We understood how to motivate pickers and what to do to avoid lack of them. All this – to make the farms of our participants consistently pick more kilograms from their growing areas.

“I would like to say thank you to Umdis agency and Inna Ustylovska for such a great opportunity to attend the courses with Tomasz Stanisławski. A lot of reviews were written from colleagues and it’s all true about trainers Tomasz and Anela, people with great experience, ready to share it with us 🙂 Absolutely everything was interesting and informative. Many nuances and little things that we do not think about in the daily routine on the farm may lead to a deterioration in product quality in the end. The course is like a breath of fresh air. The cultivation technology, the established selective picking technology and the management of the company as a whole – this is all that we discussed and tried in practice. For us, we now clearly understand what is worth working on, despite the difference in the quality of raw materials. I am sure that we will be able to quickly achieve the desired result on the shelves :)) We are looking forward to the next courses!

The trainer provided more than 60 courses and trained about 300 growers and supervisors. The school has been operating since 2008.
UMDIS Mushroom Information Agency  has been operating since 20012, making courses, trainings, tours, as well as industry exhibitions
