This week, March 6-8, the second UMDIS group attended the Polish Gathering School. We dealt with how to collect 1, 2, 3 waves, how to do thinning, how to work properly with interwave. We understood how to motivate employees and what to do to avoid turnover. And all this is to ensure that our participants’ farms start to consistently harvest more kilograms from their growing areas.
The trainer has conducted over 60 courses and trained nearly 300 technologists and foremen. The school has been in operation since 2008.
