The International Mushroom Days 2025 will take place from April 14 to April 16 in Xiamen(Fliport Hotel), China. The event is organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Foodstuffs and Native Produce (CFNA) and led by Liu Zi Qiang, Secretary General of the Edible Fungi Chamber at CFNA.
For three days, the event will bring together mushroom farmers, equipment suppliers, packaging companies, and researchers. Over 300 exhibitors are expected to attend. Merged with last year’s Chinese Mushroom Days in Zhangzhou, which was (originally scheduled to take place from November 17 to 19, 2024) the event is even bigger.
We reached out to Douglas Zhao, Vice Secretary General of the Edible Fungi Chamber at CFNA, to learn more about the list of exhibitors. Download it here.
More exhibitors may be added as the event gets closer. For registration or more information, visit chinamushroomdays.com. We will keep you updated on the event.
