French mushroom market is growing. New farm

LOU LEGUMES week ago opened its another mushroom farm located in Chaspuzac, France. It is reported by the technology and equipment supplier – Agro-Projects which has supplied shelving, climate control, air handling units and other goods to the farm. New modern facility in France has a total cultivation area of 14,150 m2 which means additional domestic French mushrooms are going to appear on French mushroom market.UMDIS remains that LOU LEGUMES have three facilities: in Poilley, Landivy and in Chaspuzac. The group of farms claims it cultivates mushrooms without any pesticides.
