An established farm for sale in Montenegro

A fully operational mushroom farm in Montenegro is available for sale. The farm includes 1,800 square meters of industrial buildings and an additional 1,000 square meters of space ready for installation. There are 12 greenhouses already producing up to 10,000 kilograms of mushrooms per month, with 11 more greenhouses ready to be set up. The total land area is 18,000 square meters, allowing for the construction of 19 additional greenhouses.

The facility comes with all necessary equipment, including climate control systems, a mycelium laboratory, packing lines, and storage facilities. Utilities are already in place, including private water wells and a transformer substation.

Investment opportunity

According to the sales manager( Mikhail Dvorkin), this farm is ready for immediate use with no major setup needed. Its location offers easy access to European markets like Germany, Italy, and Belgium, for efficient distribution.

With the current setup, the farm generates an estimated €651,600 per year, with an EBITDA of €190,671. Expanding production to 20,000 kilograms per month could increase revenue to approximately €1.2 million annually, with an EBITDA of €610,914.

Price and purchase terms

The sale price is €1.7 million. Flexible payment options are available, including installments or barter deals. The due diligence period is expected to take 30 to 45 days, with the full transaction completing within 60 to 90 days.
