5 steps from idea to implementation of mushroom farm

Suppose you come up with the idea of building an industrial mushroom farm and you have the opportunity to attract investment. But where to start and what steps should be taken first? Business plan first? Or consult with suppliers first? Or recruit key team members first? Or determine the location? Or understand how much it will cost approximately? When it comes to the project, what information needs to be conveyed to the design organization? At what stage will the budget be clear? What changes to the project are possible? What will the project look like and is it possible to start building on it? How to meet local construction and environmental requirements?

These questions and a million others separate an idea from a working farm.

Who better than a company that has completed hundreds of projects, from small farms to huge mushroom complexes, knows the answers to these questions.

Roland Van Doremaele with Maksym Yenchenko tell about 5 main steps that need to be taken along this path.
