UMDIS held training for the second group at the Polish Mushroom Picking School. Trainers Tomasz Stanisławski and Anela led the program, focusing on practical harvesting skills and motivation strategies to increase yields. Since 2008, the School has provided over 60 courses and trained about 300 growers and supervisors.
