From 6 to 8 March 2023, UMDIS organized the training for the second group at the Polish Mushroom Picking School. The program, led by experienced trainers Tomasz Stanisławski and Anela, focused on practical harvesting skills, staff motivation, and selective picking techniques to increase yields. Participants highlighted the course as highly valuable, pointing out that many small details learned can significantly improve product quality and efficiency. Since its founding in 2008, the School has provided over 60 courses to about 300 growers and supervisors, continuing UMDIS’s long-standing tradition of professional training in the mushroom industry.
