Lina Turovska brings global expertise in mushroom harvesting, gained from hands-on work with farms in Ireland, Canada, Poland, and Ukraine. She is the author of the proprietary method known as the “Mushroom Harvesting Strategy”, designed to optimize the harvesting process and increase farm efficiency. With hundreds of training sessions conducted worldwide, Lina has helped many farms boost their yields by 4–6 kg of mushrooms per square meter of shelving—simply by improving their harvesting techniques.
FUNGI TEAM P&P Rymuza Spółka Komandytowa is a modern commercial mushroom farm located in Kowiesy, Poland. Founded in 2022, the farm produces over 400 tons of high-quality Agaricus mushrooms each month across 24 growing rooms. At FUNGI TEAM, you can observe all stages of button mushroom cultivation.
We recommend Hotel Hetman in Siedlce. Accommodation is not included in the course fee.
This course is not for complete beginners. We welcome attendees who may lack mushroom production experience, but we will not address basic questions. You should have at least a foundational understanding of mushroom cultivation on an industrial scale.
The course will be conducted in English and Ukrainian.
Only white and brown button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus). But organisational principles can be applied to any mushroom farms.

Yes. The course takes place entirely on a mushroom farm. We’ll move between the classroom and the growing rooms as needed. Typically, half the time is spent in theory, and half in practice.
No. The course even does not cover growing mushroom. Only harvesting.
We’ll discuss essential equipment used in mushroom growing, including both traditional and modern tools.
Group size is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
No. The focus is on harvesting organisation. We do not cover growing, economics, staffing, or regulatory topics.
Yes, you’ll receive a UMDIS certificate of completion. While UMDIS is not an accredited institution, our certificates are proudly displayed by many successful farms.
After registration and payment, we’ll issue an invitation letter for your visa application. We do not provide further visa support. If your visa is denied, we will refund 70% of your payment.
