A second session was later held on 14 November in Odesa for the convenience of participants. The seminar gathered over 150 attendees free of charge, making it a significant industry event in Ukraine. The keynote presentation was delivered by Bart Drissen, Director of Mycosupport, a world-renowned consultant with more than 30 years of experience in mushroom cultivation. The program also included an analysis of the Ukrainian mushroom industry by Maksym Yenchenko and a presentation by Champion, a Polish company offering construction solutions for modern mushroom farms.
