From 14 to 17 October 2019, UMDIS Mushroom Information Agency conducted the “Introductory Course on Button Mushroom Growing” at the Yabluniv Production Complex (YAVK) in Ukraine. The 4-day course was designed for beginners and those planning to start mushroom farming, while also useful for specialists requiring a solid understanding of production processes. The program combined theoretical lectures with practical training in growing rooms, covering every stage of mushroom cultivation from compost incubation to harvesting. Trainers included Natalia Ilchuk (YAVK), Volodymyr Polianchuk (Veres), Vasiliy Tabacaru (Amycel), and Maksym Yenchenko (UMDIS, Amycel).
