Filling the room & Watering

  • 9:00 – Meeting at the farm, opening, introduction, program
  • 9:30 – Farm presentation by the owner Ruslan Varenitsky. Farm walk, with Artem Kovalenko
  • 10:15 – (Classroom) Filling the room. Presentation. Compost characteristics. Casing structure. Proper casing application. Actions after filling. Supplements.
  • 11:15 – (Growing room) Discussing casing soil and compost.
  • 13:00 – (Canteen) Lunch
  • 14:00 – (Classroom) Watering. Case Run. Climate parameters during watering. How to prepare your casing and compost to good yields. Stop phase, mycelium recovery.
  • 15:00 – (Growing room) Case run phase. Discussion in growing rooms.
  • 16:00 – (Classroom) Day summary
  • 16:30 – Trip to Lviv
