Advanced Training Courses on Button Mushroom Cultivation

From 8 to 12 April 2019, advanced training courses for mushroom farm technologists took place at the Yabluniv Production Complex (YAVK) in Ukraine. More than 30 participants from various Ukrainian regions attended the program. The courses were delivered by leading specialists including Farida Fakhrutdinova (Agaris Ukraine), Roman Stolper (Mir Solomy), Maksym Yenchenko (UMDIS, Amycel), and Vasiliy Tabacaru (Amycel). The training covered all key aspects of button mushroom production, from climate control and irrigation to compost handling, casing soil, and harvesting techniques. Participants also studied common diseases and pests and explored practical solutions on the production site. At the end of the course, all attendees received official certificates as mushroom production technologists.
