Badania prowadzone s\u0105 w laboratorium IHD \u2013 a tak\u017ce na wybranych do projektu pieczarkarniach w Niemczech.&nbsp;<strong>Wyniki s\u0105 wi\u0119cej ni\u017c obiecuj\u0105ce.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obecnie ca\u0142a okrywa do niemieckich upraw importowana jest do Niemiec w ilo\u015bci do 55 000 t\/rok z Polski i Holandii. Naukowcy szukaj\u0105 mo\u017cliwo\u015bci. Jako substytut torfu naukowcy proponuj\u0105 wykorzystanie pozosta\u0142o\u015bci biologicznych pochodz\u0105cych z regionalnego rolnictwa i le\u015bnictwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z 45 materia\u0142\u00f3w wybranych i przeanalizowanych w IKTS i LAV w IHD wyprodukowano 120 wariant\u00f3w okrywy. W wyniku test\u00f3w laboratoryjnych w IHD wybrano 12 receptur okrywy pozbawionej torfu i przetestowano je z r\u00f3\u017cnymi grzybami. Trzy z nich zosta\u0142y przetestowane na pod\u0142o\u017cach firmy&nbsp;<strong>Pilzhof Pilzsubstrat Wallhausen GmbH<\/strong>&nbsp;w pieczarkarniach.&nbsp;<strong>Badania przeprowadzono zar\u00f3wno z pieczarkami bia\u0142ymi, jak i br\u0105zowymi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wyniki s\u0105 takie, \u017ce w trzech z pi\u0119ciu pieczarkarniach wy\u017csze plony pieczarek br\u0105zowych uzyskano stosuj\u0105c okryw\u0119&nbsp; mieszan\u0105 (1:1) z torfem lub bez<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 w por\u00f3wnaniu do grupy kontrolnej z okryw\u0105 z Polski. Wyniki dw\u00f3ch innych receptur beztorfowej okrywy z pieczarkami bia\u0142ymi w por\u00f3wnaniu z grup\u0105 kontroln\u0105 z okryw\u0105 z Holandii, przeprowadzonych w<strong>&nbsp;ReiPiKo Reitzenhainer Pilzkorb GmbH,<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c bardzo obiecuj\u0105ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naukowcy zebrali opinie z pieczarkarni na temat grzyb\u00f3w uprawianych na mieszanej okrywie (1:1) z torfem lub bez.
